Important Notes About Exterior Cleaning
- Oxidation: Many siding materials (especially older vinyl and painted aluminum) can develop oxidation — a chalky, faded layer. Soft washing removes dirt, algae, and mildew, but it will not reverse oxidation. In some cases, cleaning may make oxidation more noticeable.
- Water Access: An active outdoor spigot is required for service. Please ensure it is turned on and accessible before we arrive.
- Windows & Doors: Please make sure all windows and doors are closed and secure to prevent water from entering your home.
- Pets & Children: We recommend keeping pets and children indoors during cleaning for safety.
