Ideal for families and recurring services, the Standard Clean goes beyond the basics with full dusting, thorough floor care, and detailed attention to kitchens and bathrooms. Expect a consistently polished home that’s maintained at a higher standard week after week.
🧽 Deep Clean
Best for seasonal refreshes, move-ins/outs, or homes needing extra care. Our Deep Clean tackles built-up dirt, detail scrubbing, and those “out of reach” spots often missed. Expect a top-to-bottom transformation that leaves your space sparkling and reset.

Not included: detailed scrubbing, baseboards, appliance interiors, behind appliances, grout, or heavy buildup.

- General detail in every room
Not included: deep grout, inside appliances, heavy grease. First-time clients may need a Deep Clean before starting recurring Standard service.

- Everything in Standard Clean
- Detailed dusting: baseboards, louvered doors, vents
- Deep floor care, edges & under furniture
- Kitchen: deep scrub of surfaces, behind appliances (Cleaning behind appliances is done where accessible)
- Bathroom: tile scrubbing, full shower/tub, detailed fixtures
- Bedroom: under beds, detailed refresh
- Living Room: décor & furniture detail cleaning
- Trash: all rooms plus bin sanitization
- Walls, doors, vents, and fixtures wiped
Not included: severe grease/nicotine remediation, full grout restoration, or hazardous material cleaning. These require add-ons or specialist referral.

Deep clean for appliance exteriors, cabinet exterior (Includes interior if empty), and grease removal beyond standard service.
Appliances — $35–$75
Clean inside and out of appliances. Heavy buildup may require Heavy Kitchen Reset pricing.
Dish Reset — $25–$40
Load, wash, and reset sink & counters. For small loads only; not intended for large event/party clean-up.
Detail Work
Baseboards & Trim — $25–$60
Detailed dusting and wipe-down of baseboards. Does not include painting or repair.
Wall Spot Clean — $75–$200
Removes smudges, scuffs, and fingerprints. Does not include repainting or wallpaper repair.
Windows — $3–$7 each
Interior window and window area cleaning. Includes blinds, panes, frame, and tracks. Exterior glass cleaning not included.
Specialty
Smoke / Nicotine — $150–$300
Special surface treatment for smoke/tar buildup. Severe odor may require multiple visits or professional remediation.
Pet Hair Extraction — $40–$75
Removes embedded pet hair from carpets, upholstery, and fabric furniture. Does not include odor treatment.
Upholstery Refresh — $30–$60
Vacuuming and surface wipe of sofas, chairs, and fabric furniture. No deep steam/extraction; leather/faux leather excluded.
Organization
Organization Boost — $40–$80
Light organization of key areas (closets, entryways, pantries, etc.). Not a full professional organization service.
Declutter Kickstart — $40–$60
Small space reset: closet, entryway, or pantry. Does not include removal/hauling of items from the property.
