ANNS Cleaning Service LLC Pay & Progression Guide

This document explains how hourly pay, raises, and advancement work at ANNS Cleaning Service LLC. It is provided during onboarding to ensure expectations are clear, consistent, and fair for all employees.

1. How Pay Is Structured

Hourly pay is made up of base pay plus any earned premiums. Base pay reflects skill level and job performance. Premiums reflect credentials or additional responsibility. These components are evaluated separately.

2. Base Pay Ladder (Skill & Performance)

All field employees fall within the same base pay ladder. Base pay increases are earned through consistent performance and are not automatic or time-based.

• $16.00 – Probationary Rate (first 30 days)

• $17.00 – Technician I: Meets standards for reliability and quality

• $18.00 – Technician II: Consistent quality, improved efficiency

• $19.00 – Senior Technician: High-quality work with minimal supervision

Base pay is capped at $19.00 per hour. No credential, tenure, or role increases base pay beyond this cap.

3. Probationary Period

All new hires begin at $16.00 per hour for a 30-day probationary period. At the end of this period, pay is reviewed based on attendance, quality of work, reliability, and coachability. After review, pay may remain the same or increase to $17.00 or $18.00 depending on performance.

4. How Raises Are Determined

Raises are issued in $1.00 increments only and are based on demonstrated performance at the next level. Raises are not automatic and are not guaranteed at fixed time intervals. Raises are not guaranteed and depend on business performance. Employees may request a review when they believe they consistently meet the criteria for the next level. Management will either approve the raise or provide clear feedback on what must improve before approval.

5. Premium Pay (Added to Base Pay)

Driver’s License Premium: Employees who maintain a valid driver’s license and actively drive for work receive an additional $1.00 per hour. This premium may be removed if eligibility changes.

Crew Leader Premium: Crew Leader is a leadership role, not a base pay increase. Eligible employees receive an additional $2.00–$3.00 per hour depending on responsibility and performance.

6. Annual Reviews

Annual reviews are conducted to discuss performance, development, and future opportunities. An annual review does not guarantee a raise. Employees at the top of the base pay range may advance through leadership roles, credentials, or long-term benefits rather than hourly increases.
