ANNS Cleaning Service LLC Pay & Progression Guide
This document explains how hourly pay, raises, and advancement work at ANNS Cleaning Service LLC. It is provided during onboarding to ensure expectations are clear, consistent, and fair for all employees.
1. How Pay Is Structured
Hourly pay is made up of base pay plus any earned premiums. Base pay reflects skill level and job performance. Premiums reflect credentials or additional responsibility. These components are evaluated separately.
2. Base Pay Ladder (Skill & Performance)
All field employees fall within the same base pay ladder. Base pay increases are earned through consistent performance and are not automatic or time-based.
• $16.00 – Probationary Rate (first 30 days)
• $17.00 – Technician I: Meets standards for reliability and quality
• $18.00 – Technician II: Consistent quality, improved efficiency
• $19.00 – Senior Technician: High-quality work with minimal supervision
Base pay is capped at $19.00 per hour. No credential, tenure, or role increases base pay beyond this cap.
3. Probationary Period
All new hires begin at $16.00 per hour for a 30-day probationary period. At the end of this period, pay is reviewed based on attendance, quality of work, reliability, and coachability. After review, pay may remain the same or increase to $17.00 or $18.00 depending on performance.
4. How Raises Are Determined
Raises are issued in $1.00 increments only and are based on demonstrated performance at the next level. Raises are not automatic and are not guaranteed at fixed time intervals. Raises are not guaranteed and depend on business performance. Employees may request a review when they believe they consistently meet the criteria for the next level. Management will either approve the raise or provide clear feedback on what must improve before approval.
5. Premium Pay (Added to Base Pay)
Driver’s License Premium: Employees who maintain a valid driver’s license and actively drive for work receive an additional $1.00 per hour. This premium may be removed if eligibility changes.
Crew Leader Premium: Crew Leader is a leadership role, not a base pay increase. Eligible employees receive an additional $2.00–$3.00 per hour depending on responsibility and performance.
6. Annual Reviews
Annual reviews are conducted to discuss performance, development, and future opportunities. An annual review does not guarantee a raise. Employees at the top of the base pay range may advance through leadership roles, credentials, or long-term benefits rather than hourly increases.
7. Important Clarifications
• Raises are not automatic or guaranteed.
• Business conditions affect compensation decisions.
• Policies may evolve as the company grows.
• This guide applies equally to all employees.

Weekly Hour Guarantee Policy
Purpose:
At ANNS Cleaning Service LLC, we value consistency, reliability, and the hard work of our team. To help
provide stability and peace of mind, we offer a Weekly Hour Guarantee for eligible field employees.
This policy is designed to ensure employees have a dependable minimum income during slower workweeks
while maintaining fairness for both the employee and the company.
Weekly Hour Guarantee
Eligible full-time field employees are guaranteed a minimum of 30 paid hours per workweek.
If an employee works fewer than 30 hours in a given workweek, their pay will be adjusted to equal 30 hours,
provided all eligibility requirements are met.
If an employee works more than 30 hours, they will be paid for all actual hours worked as normal.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the Weekly Hour Guarantee, employees must:
Be actively scheduled for the workweek
Be available and ready to work on all scheduled workdays
Arrive on time and prepared for their shift
Complete assigned work for the day
Remain available to accept additional work if the weekly schedule falls short of 30 hours
Maintain good standing with the company
Pro-Rated Adjustments:
The Weekly Hour Guarantee is based on a standard 5-day workweek (6 hours per scheduled day).
If an employee requests time off, the guarantee will be reduced proportionally.
Examples:
5 scheduled days = 30-hour guarantee
4 scheduled days = 24-hour guarantee
3 scheduled days = 18-hour guarantee
Situations That May Reduce or Void the Guarantee:
The Weekly Hour Guarantee may be reduced or voided in the following situations:
Unpaid time off requested by the employee
Calling out of a scheduled shift
Tardiness resulting in lost work time
Leaving early voluntarily
Refusal of available work
Failure to complete assigned work
Disciplinary action related to attendance, performance, or conduct
Company Cancellations / Slow Workweeks
If the company has a slow week, customer cancellations, or route changes that result in reduced available
work, eligible employees will still receive their guaranteed minimum hours, provided all eligibility
requirements are met.
Additional Work Opportunities:
To help maintain schedules and meet guaranteed hours, employees may be offered additional tasks such
as:
Fill-in cleanings
Deep clean projects
Supply preparation
Equipment cleaning and organization
Vehicle cleaning and maintenance
Training and development tasks
Shop or office assistance
Employees are expected to accept reasonable work assignments during their scheduled availability.
Policy Review
This policy may be reviewed and adjusted at any time based on business needs, staffing levels, and
operational requirements.
By continuing employment with ANNS Cleaning Service LLC, employees acknowledge understanding of this
policy and agree to comply with its terms.
