✨ Basic Clean
Best for busy households & weekly upkeepIncludes:
- Light dusting of easy-to-reach surfaces
- Quick vacuum/sweep and light mopping of floors
- Kitchen: wipe counters, light surface clean
- Bathroom: wipe sinks, counters, mirrors, and quick toilet clean
- Bedroom: light tidy, make beds
- Living Room: light dusting, fluff pillows, tidy
Not included: detailed scrubbing, baseboards, appliance interiors, behind appliances, grout, or heavy buildup.
🧹 Standard Clean
Ideal for families & recurring cleansIncludes: everything in Basic plus:
- Full dusting of all main surfaces
- Vacuum/sweep and mop throughout
- Kitchen: wipe counters, cabinet fronts, appliances
- Bathroom: toilet, shower, floors, mirrors
- Bedroom: change linens, dust furniture
- Living Room: dust surfaces, wipe electronics, clean floors
- Trash removal in all rooms
- General detail in every room
Not included: deep grout, inside appliances, heavy grease. First-time clients may need a Deep Clean before starting recurring Standard service.
🧽 Deep Clean
Best for seasonal refresh, move-in/out, or long-overdue homesIncludes:
- Everything in Standard Clean
- Detailed dusting: baseboards, louvered doors, vents
- Deep floor care, edges & under furniture
- Kitchen: deep scrub of surfaces, behind appliances (Cleaning behind appliances is done where accessible)
- Bathroom: tile scrubbing, full shower/tub, detailed fixtures
- Bedroom: under beds, detailed refresh
- Living Room: décor & furniture detail cleaning
- Trash: all rooms plus bin sanitization
- Walls, doors, vents, and fixtures wiped
Not included: severe grease/nicotine remediation, full grout restoration, or hazardous material cleaning. These require add-ons or specialist referral.

Heavy Kitchen Reset — $50–$125
Deep clean for appliance exteriors, cabinet exterior (Includes interior if empty), and grease removal beyond standard service.
Price varies based on kitchen size, complexity and dirtiness.
Appliances — $15–$50
Clean inside and out of appliances. Heavy buildup may require Heavy Kitchen Reset pricing.
Price varies based on what appliances you'd like cleaned.
Dish Reset — $15–$25
Load, wash, and reset sink & counters. For small loads only; not intended for large event/party clean-up.
Price varies based on the amount of dishes, if hand washed and dried or loaded in to a dishwasher.
Detail Work
Baseboards & Trim — $25–$60
Detailed dusting and wipe-down of baseboards. Does not include painting or repair.
Price varies based on the amount of baseboard and trim.
Wall Spot Clean — $20–$50
Removes smudges, scuffs, and fingerprints. Does not include repainting or wallpaper repair.
Price varies based on how many rooms, how much spot cleaning is required and what is being cleaned.
Windows — $2–$5 each
Interior window and window area cleaning. Includes blinds, panes, frame, and tracks. Exterior glass cleaning not included.

Specialty
Smoke / Nicotine — $150–$300
Special surface treatment for smoke/tar buildup. Severe odor may require multiple visits or professional remediation.
Price varies based on the amount of smoke/tar buildup and what needs cleaning. Just walls, trim, window frames or general household items as well.
Pet Hair Extraction — $40–$75
Removes embedded pet hair from carpets, upholstery, and fabric furniture. Does not include odor treatment.
Price varies based on the amount of pet hair and the amount of surfaces that require pet hair etraction.
Upholstery Refresh — $30–$60
Vacuuming and surface wipe of sofas, chairs, and fabric furniture. No deep steam/extraction; leather/faux leather excluded.

Organization
Organization Boost — $40–$80
Light organization of key areas (closets, entryways, pantries, etc.). Not a full professional organization service.
Price varies based on what needs organizing and how much. This would also apply to cabinet interiors when cabinet interior cleaning is requested.
Declutter Kickstart — $40–$60
Small space reset: closet, entryway, or pantry. Does not include removal/hauling of items from the property.
Price varies based on the amount of clutter to be sorted and/or discarded.
Grout Scrub & Detail — $30–$100
Deep scrub for tile and grout areas. Does not include resealing or recoloring grout.
Price varies based on the amount of grout. This can be determined based on if the grout is in the bathroom/kitchen and if the grout is also, or only, on the walls.
